The Insight Plant Analysis System (IPAS) is a Business Intelligence Reporting system designed for the Metal Recycling Industry.

IPAS is a collection of programs recording real time information about Shredders and Downstream Operations.

IPAS automatically reports Ferrous and Non-Ferrous tons, Power, Water Usage, Temperatures, Pressure, Flow Rates and other process variables. The IPAS System generates easy to read daily production scorecards.

IPAS can detect downtime events and will prompt a Shredder HMI screen for causal recording. This Downtime information is reported and used to identify areas in need of process improvement.
